Exercise Physiologist

‘Yihong Wu is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Rehabilitation Consultant with a strong clinical background in musculoskeletal rehab, functional capacity building, and compensable injury management. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Sports Science and a Master of Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney.

Yihong has extensive experience across WorkCover, CTP, NDIS, aged care, and private practice, and is known for delivering clear communication and streamlined rehabilitation plans for insurers, doctors, and referrers. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and conversational Cantonese, allowing him to support clients from diverse backgrounds.

He offers flexible appointments before 8 AM and after 5 PM, seven days a week, and specialises in guiding clients step-by-step through their WorkCover or CTP claim. With a calm, supportive, and client-centred approach, Yihong helps people rebuild strength, restore confidence, and return to the life they want.’

Sally Song

Exercise physiologist

Sally Song is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a compassionate, patient-centred approach to helping clients improve their health, mobility, and confidence. She completed her Exercise Physiology degree at the University of Sydney, where she developed strong clinical foundations in human movement, chronic condition management, and functional rehabilitation.
 
Sally has experience working across both multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams and private clinic settings, allowing her to provide thorough assessments, clear communication, and evidence-based exercise programs tailored to each client’s unique needs.
 
She offers a wide range of services, including:
 
  • Personalised Wellness Plans for general fitness, healthy ageing, independence, mobility, fall prevention, and chronic condition management
  • Injury rehabilitation and structured return-to-activity planning
  • Weight management and lifestyle support
  • Mental health exercise programs, including stress reduction and routine building
  • Women’s health programs
  • Pilates (mat and reformer)
  • Senior rehabilitation and functional training
 
Sally is also highly familiar with major funding bodies, ensuring smooth access to services through: Home Care Packages, Medicare programs, WorkCover/Workers’ Compensation, CTP Insurance, NDIS, and private health.
 
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Sally is culturally aware, respectful, and committed to creating a supportive environment for clients from diverse backgrounds. Her patient, thorough, and empathetic approach ensures every individual receives the guidance, motivation, and professional care needed to achieve their health goals with confidence.
